Outsourcing Contracts
Work Outsourcing
Contracts are a highly successful venture and were first
negotiated by the Manger Care Centre in 1994. The Manger
management saw an opportunity of co-operating with businesses in
the marketplace to assist us in uplifting destitute people as
well as giving them an opportunity to find permanent employment.
We decided to place people in working
contracts and this approach has been very successful, both in
providing a regular source of income for the Manger and our
residents, and especially in restoring peoples’ hope and
dignity.
If the contractor is happy with the person
and his standard of workmanship, they can offer he or she a
permanent contract, allowing that person to get a fresh start in
life.
