Work Outsourcing Contracts are a highly successful venture and were first negotiated by the Manger Care Centre in 1994. The Manger management saw an opportunity of co-operating with businesses in the marketplace to assist us in uplifting destitute people as well as giving them an opportunity to find permanent employment. If the contractor is happy with the person and his standard of workmanship, they can offer he or she a permanent contract, allowing that person to get a fresh start in life.
